My best suggestion is either start in Penn Station. Take the Long Island Railroad to Jamaica Staion. Transfer to the train that takes you to Riverhead (Yhe Greenport Line) . Get off at the Riverhead Train Station at Osborne Ave. Then take a local taxi on the very shirt tril to Tanger Mall, Riverhead. 73 miles from NYC to Riverhead. About a Mile then to the mall
