Me too. There limited as to which or what kind of equipment they have. There mainly focus on common cold etc....
Express care doesn't provide imaging like a CT scan. They normally equipped to test for viral respiratory infections. I doubt they have everything you need to properly evaluate your condition. If it's urgent, I would go to ER or see gastroenterologist during workdays if you able to wait. I hope you feel better
