I came in for what I new was a sinus infection and after telling Dr. Blum my complaints. She told me because I did not have a fever I did not have a sinus infection. Spoke with a UH doctor 48 hours later and was told I did in fact have a sinus infection I never got a fever but he said I was correct and I did have one. Frustrating situation because everything she told me to do I was already doing. And the fact that it took a UH provider explained you most of the time don’t get a fever with a sinus infection is frustrating. And because of not being heard I ended up being way sicker. Definitely will not be allowing her to treat me.

PA-C Schultz provided excellent care during my recent visit. He was thorough, courteous and professional. He even followed up with a phone call a few days after! He made an unpleasant experience more than tolerable. Would definitely recommend!!!!
