Two blinds are broken - they don't move up and down any longer. You advertise a lifetime warranty. How do I reach out to handle this problem. The main # never answers - told to leave a message but no one ever calls back. Please help

You can bring your shades in to your local blinds to go showroom and they will be able to look up your order and help you to send them back and be repaired.

If possible, take the broken blinds to the nearest store.
