I tried to get someone to get me a price for a sheet of plywood I was on hold for 18 minutes then was disconnected. I called back and asked for pro desk And Same Thing Happened. The next day my brother was in the store and I called again WITH NO HELP and he said that MOST of the employees were just walking around or just talking to each other. I and EVERYONE that has dealt with this same Problem should BLAME the Management because it's their Fault for letting it happen!
Call pro desk they will transfer your call to that department
They don't want to answer unless you dial a specific department. Then you have to hope that someone answers. You can usually get someone if you dial appliances, or the pro desk.
