Bought my car November of 2021, my car got totaled in March 2022, this dealership destroyed my credit because they never sent the insurance check to Nissan head of finance, so now I’m in October still struggling to buy a new vehicle because they are lazy.

good location-shuttle service avaliable if you want to use it. great hours 7a-7pm. i was able to drop my vehicle off the day before the appointment and they got to it first thing the next morning. by noon on day of appointment, vehicle was done. my 2018 nissan rogue is affected by the cvt recall. and i'm being proactive and having the fluid changed. (at 60k, then every 30k afterwards). good customer service, friendly and outgoing. had a considerable amout of work done. they didn't try to upsell me and resurfaced my brake rotors instead of replacing them. the labor/parts charges are very close to other dealerships that i priced. just know that cost of everything has gone through the roof, and you won't get a 29.99 oil change. i would reccomend pohanaka for service work while your car is still under factory warranty.
