Thank you both! I do like how new it is. And the rooftop is key! I totally understand rent being expensive is subjective.. I am a little confused though. Is water included in the rent or it’s not? Electricity isn’t a big deal since I pay that now. Thanks soooo much!
They do a lot of events for the residents. Usually 4-5 a month, which is something I haven't had in other apartments I lived in before. And honestly I think what I pay for a month and what I get is spot on to maybe even less pricey than what other apartments charge. The office staff is amazing. You do need to set up an account with dominion but you pay for your water usage in your monthly rent. Bugs aren't a huge issue mostly will find their way in if you constantly leave your patio door open.
The worth is pretty subjective. In this area, everything seems very expensive but in comparison, rivergate is brand new (I think they just opened last year?) and I'm not even sure if all of the rooms are finished. The amenities are pretty sweet (club rooms, gym, rooftop terrace). And the apartments themselves are very nice (gray wood floors, nice appliances, etc). I havent had any bugs in my apartment save a small spider or two, and I live on the ground floor in the apartment second closest to the door outside I'm not sure about price variation, but I'm sure theres some difference depending on what floor your on and probably even if you're facing the river. Utilities (water and electric) are not included
