Top notch living

New management has been great so far. Transition has been smooth overall. Parking doesn’t exist right now. They have a garage for additional cost but be aware parking around the building is resident only and even then, sometimes there are no vacant spots. Woodbridge is also coined as “Hoodbridge” for a reason. A lot of crime activity in this area. We track it on Ring but the management has also had to address on site incidents. You don’t have direct access to the water either so if you don’t have a water view, being near the river is pointless. Commute zone is great. You’re on the major roadways. I’d suggest checking out Stonebridge. It’s more walkable and there is more to do without having to drive. Rooftop lounge here is really pretty and all our neighbors have been pretty cool too. We have a dog a the bag stations always have bags. The woods on the side of the building are really nice too. Gym is small. Pool is a nice size but poorly managed and maintained. I used it twice this past season and was really dirty water. It was closed a lot bc no lifeguards which isn’t the buildings fault just something to consider. Maintenance are awesome. Apartment interiors are beautiful too. Try to get one with a balcony. We didn’t and we wish we had. It’s apartment living so no place is perfect.

I promise you, you will get towed living here. There is not enough parking for every individual that lives here, unless you pay more to park in the garage (there’s a wait list) there’s plenty of reserved parking though! If you have any type of disability where walking a distance can affect you, this is not the place to live. People park in the handicap all the time without the placards or plates. Walking up a hill and down a hill at night with no lighting because parking is a nightmare. On top of that, you hear the construction happening all the time. You can hear your neighbors. The one good thing about this place is there maintenance team is quick, when I first moved in my AC was out it was June 2021, and it took a week and a half and three visits from maintenance. I’ve made friends with a few people here and every single person has been towed or had a visitor towed. It’s almost always 200$ to get your car out. Reply to the owner: I lived at Rivergate for a year, the amount of blockages that were taken so people couldn’t park in certain areas is ridiculous. The towing trucks go through a round at Rivergate at least every hour. If caring about your residents was the case that wouldn’t have been a priority. The amount of parking spaces that were taking for the construction and not given back to the residents at a closer proximity was not fair.

This place is beyond overpriced and just seeks to price gouge. The parking is pathetic. They want to charge for garage parking when there is not enough spaces as a whole already and plenty of room in the garage. Normally, I would get it if this apartment was in walking distance to a metro/train/bus station. But it is not. Unless you don't have to go anywhere, you need a car to live here, but guaranteed parking costs extra. Plus they have construction going on blocking extra parking. Unclear instructions for unsafe overflow parking. This is then compound by the actual wear and tear on the apartments. Just because appliances are chrome doesn't make them luxury. Oh, it's over 2k/month to stay here. And, for some reason, there is a $500 resort and facility fee. It's not even that special or extra ordinary compared to other apartments. Beyond horrendous. Guess I gotta go buy a garage pass so I don't get towed. Update toward parking. 630pm on a Saturday and there is no parking. Currently parked and sitting in my car hunting for a spot. Fix this Rivergate. We deal with the Construction and yet you can't compensate for your overpriced Apartment. Avoid this place.

Depends on what size apartment you get for price. It's a well run community.
Not sure. Thanks for asking though.
Thank you both! I do like how new it is. And the rooftop is key! I totally understand rent being expensive is subjective.. I am a little confused though. Is water included in the rent or it’s not? Electricity isn’t a big deal since I pay that now. Thanks soooo much!
Are there furnished apartments at Ocean Blue?
