They are not open everyday and you have to be there super early to get help from them, plus a letter to verify that you are homeless. Another place that I know for sure that will help get an out of town documents is 34 Peachtree, downtown on the 7th floor, but again you have to goto one of the last an standing shelters an get a paper that says you are homeless. All you have to tell them is that you have been staying there for about a week. Most dont keep or even look at their records, they just issue the verification an you tell them what your trying to do and they will pay for it themselves
