I heard that you all assist with getting birth certificates. I have a homeless client I'm working with that had his wallet stolen.
Their is one challenging caveat...he was born in Germany ( father in service so he is a citizen )

Thank you Garrett. Unfortunately we are unable to assist with birth certificates from other countries. I would check with the branch of service his father served in or with the German consulate.
