Staff if friendly and great working, while you are there in person. Promises of call backs always fall through and I can never get my lab results. They always hit me with the “If something is wrong we’ll call you mess.” I need my results regardless. Now I’m having to pay even more money to get the same stuff done just so I can know what’s going on.

I've been trying to get my prescription re-filled for over a month! My presrciption for two meds that I take daily was put in incorrectly and only one of them is on file to be refilled when it should be two! The pharmacist has reached out twice with no response and I have called the clinic numerous times over the past weeks and left messages as well. I have also tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. Goldstein and no one returns any calls!! The last time I came to the location they were not allowing people in because of Covid. What type of poor medical service is this?!!!
