Its a possibility. I know sometimes they stop accepting mail, but ive seen there mail book, they definitely hold on to mail for a while. Go down there and see, 9 times outa ten they still have it FYI, i moved outa town for 4 yrs i went to check if my state id had been mailed yetband they still had a 4 yr old hospital bill.
