Hi Jae, do you mean the hot tub for a private property? Each one will have a different system, it's better to contact the owner or the agency you rented the house. Far as I know the hot tub by the clubhouse is closed until further notice (due to the covid-19). I was there a few days ago (12/25/2020) and it was cordoned off... I'm not sure if the hot tub at the happimag area is open or not...
Call front desk they had to come out and turn ours on
