This is so in organized this is so sad and very in safe and plus staff members were not supervising the climbs on the climbing walls or in the bouncy houses a couple of little children were hurt with small injurys.

Sorry to hear about this. When we were there each of us stayed close by the kids as a extra measure just for their safety. For them and us

We have always loved going here too. Always fun. Even very young kids managed to climb something. Never needed any help from staff except for putting the harnesses on and taking them off. Great place.

I never had a bad experience

We didn't have any problems. I liken climbing the walls to climbing a ladder. It wasn't too difficult.
