Go to ssa.gov and search for Medicare documents needed. When I searched It was too big of a list to recopy on here for you. Hopefully that helps. Make an appt after you gather up your documents. And joseph I dont know her either, but nothing wrong with helping someone. Y'know it's called being nice and helpful.
