I was having serious issues with my car. The engine seized and would not start properly. The original Toyota dealership I bought my Kia Sorento from could not preform the necessary repairs and recommended Buchanan Kia. I'm so glad I followed their advice. The folks at Buchanan Kia were knowledgeable, courteous, fast and efficient. Buchanan Kia performed repairs on a bunch of recalls that were necessary for my car model. Buchanan also found other issues that would and could cause serious issues down the line. As a result of having my vehicle serviced at Buchanan Kia, my car runs fantastic. The difference is night and day. My engine runs smoothly, the issues have absolutely been resolved. Thank you Buchanan Kia!

I just recently bought a used car from Buchanan Kia a few months back and on my first oil change I needed brakes, rotors, air filters and apparently the brakes need to be flushed. Of course the brakes just passed inspection so they can get away with this! This is BAD business!!! I am not happy with Buchanan Kia and I will NOT be recommending them to anyone! Everything that needs to be done to my car adds up to $958.38 this is ridiculous!!! I am done with Buchanan Kia!!!!!

Service department is the second set of doors once you pull into the parking lot if the building is on your right hand side when you pull in.
Go to the dealership it's better that way if you had bought you vehicle from there at least they know what to do instead
Hi Donna they best way to find out if you have any open recalls on your vehicle is to call the service department. From there if you have any open recalls, one of our awesome service writers should be able to set up an appointment! Hope this helps.
