You need to have a residence in DC to apply for a medical dispensary card. You need to have the application signed by a medical professional. then you will submit the application to the government for approval. If approved, you will receive your card via registered mail which you will need to sign for at your residence or closest post office. It is a long process, not something you can do in a day

It takes at least 4 weeks to get a card and you have to be a dc resident. This is a medical marijuana dispensary.

You need to have a medical card and be a patient at this dispensary to purchase.
