There is nothing at the address! Even though it says in store shopping. Tried calling, but you don’t get through. On the website they don’t specify which sort the cartridges are. So I wanted to shop with them, but it was literally impossible

Go to your primary doctor and get a letter that gives you availability. Also go to dispensary and they can help you with finding a doctor. Don't give out names and numbers publicly, would you want someone to post your name and number?
You cannot legally purchase medical marijuana without a valid registered medical marijuana card.
To buy from the legal dispensaries in DC, you need a medical card.
The MMJ program requires a recomendation from a doctor. You can buy and share but you can't buy and sell. You also grow your own if you live in DC.

You can now self certify for a DC medical card. Go by Capital City, you can register on site and get card same day. I think it's free til Aug. 30. You can also register online thru the DC ABRA website.

You need medical records with diagnosis on them that fit the criteria for the prescription. It also costs a certain amount to sign up and there is a renewal fee as well because it only lasts a certain amount of time, one year for visits and 3 for your card. However , it isn't too difficult to get a prescription so long as you have medical papers with your diagnosis on them
