I had a friend watching my dog for me while I was going thru a separation , just recently found out he dropped her off at shelter, probably 6-7 days ago & put her under the wrong name, what is process of getting her back since longer than 5 days?

Come into the shelter asap, fill out a lost dog report. We can walk you around to find your dog. Bring any proof like vet paperwork.

Unfortunately my separation wasnt a friendly one so I have no vet paperwork, but can describe her, show pics with me & her together & not to mention her reaction when she sees me, & when she was dropped off y'all were given my name & # , but was never contacted, but would that be enough to get her? & Is there a fee? I JUST WANT MY BBY BACK !
