Need fishing permit
Different rules for different sections. Check what is posted. Diggs pool to Patrick St is closed to fishing. Some areas are closed to all but youth and blind. Check the signs and have your permit on you.
They stopped allowing fooding in the downtown area about a year ago. There are signs posted along the Creek started who can fish in which areas! You'll need a permit if your over 16 years old!
Not that I know of. Haven't seen anyone do it.
