You can access the garages from Carrol Crrek Way off N Market St. Or from E Patrick Street (West Bound)

Parking garage next to the library is right next door.

City parking garages are only $1 per hour. There are three close to the park with library garage central.

Parking Garage near library on East Patrick Street is the easiest.
