Each office has a Dropbox for the keys. Make sure the keys drop through. The will process and send you an email if they have that on file.
You might want to call the number for your local Enterprise office for a definitive answer. The number is readily available on the web. Enterprise is a privately held company and always gives excellent service in my experience.
It varies by location if a drop box is available. This location does not have a drop box and I received my deposit back on my card within 24 hours.
After-hours returns facility is not available at this location, hence they don't have the dropbox option
Yes they do and it take about 7 days to get back on your card
