A one year old is probably too small since everyone must wear a life vest. The only age limit is kids must go with an adult so thats a non issue in this case. You might have to skip this for a while. Sorry
No age limit other than life vest size, which can be an age limit. Pretty sure they don't have 1-yr-old size vests
