We take pride in building a relationship with every customer we come in contact with, so we do not desire in taking money from a customer for a service that we did not provide to a customer due to a situation that was out of their control. 1st Coast Express only accepts money from customers for services that were actually provided to customers.
This is incorrect. I was required to put down a deposit, which was the hourly rate $129 plus tax. Because I had to put down a deposit, that forced me to use a credit card online, which they applied a 3% charge as well for a total of $140.61.
