If you want tall...and I mean tall...green giant arborvitae are wonderful. Fast growing, healthy and not prone to bag worms. But they get very tall.
North Pole arborvitae are very Hardy and disease resistant and fast growers
A shorter option would be skip laurels or ‘Emerald Green’ arborvitae.
