I agree about a decent floor plan but it's a cookie-cutter multi-family condo. Unless you get in before the constructions done and customize it to your likings no different than any other condo around here. I built quite a few I won't tell you what straight I'm in but I can promise you that the work is being done correctly for the most part. Better than a lot of other condos around here.
Pool is completed, fitness center is completed and ALL building is completed. Building has 28 condos, ALL completed, and 11 homeowners already moved in. Condos are great, with beautiful kitchen, baths, floors,...,,,everything. Please stop by Mon-Friday 10:30-5:00pm to see ALL 17 ready to move in condos, and pick yours.
No the pool hasn't been completed yet it is still under construction but I guarantee the rooms would look real nice when they're done it looks like a nice floor plan if I didn't already have a place to stay I wouldn't mind living there myself
