I've had an business account here for a couple years with no problems. The women are friendly. Only issue I've had is calling that branch directly, spoke to the manager about it and she gave me her direct line.

I love My little prince

Went in to open an account, I have been homeless for a year and I don't have an address. I have got a good job as well and they denied me because I'm homeless. This is pitiful and sad that someone who is homeless and has a job cannot get an account. So when I do get an address I will take my money elsewhere and tell people not to use this bank

Staff is friendly to me both in the branch and when I call for customer service. BUT Fairwinds Credit Union has no interest in helping me with even the smallest of loans to build my credit. Even though my credit score and income are sufficient. They cite "credit references" and my whopping 200 dollars of child support arrears as their reason. My credit accounts all have good payment histories. Defeats the purpose of a credit union entirely

I am a disabled veteran and i get treated Wonderful at new smyrna and Edgewater branch but ormond is on another level. A woman stuck her head out of the door and asked what we wanted. She wouldn't let me finish a sentence without interruption. I stuttter and trying to carry on a conversation thru the window on the passenger side??? I don't have a computer and i needed help. Staff is awful. I get the safe distance and i had a mask on the entire conversation. Thank you Edgewater fairwinds for listening and treating me with respect.
