These will be beautiful. You must check out the quality of construction and standard features! These upgrades that many builders charge for. I also like that the windows are impact too-nice safety feature. My favorite restaurants are all very close by, the best of which is Greektown Taverna, which is 1/3 of a mile away. Close to many doctors offices and the hospital, too!

I agree about a decent floor plan but it's a cookie-cutter multi-family condo. Unless you get in before the constructions done and customize it to your likings no different than any other condo around here. I built quite a few I won't tell you what straight I'm in but I can promise you that the work is being done correctly for the most part. Better than a lot of other condos around here.
$272 per month, super affordable for a condo. Most upscale condo fees start in the 500s
