When you call go through the prompts choose the option for Administration. The voicemail will tell you the specific times to call for an appointment which is late in the afternoon. Also, if you call the emergency number and leave a message someone will return the call. Good Luck!
Things with them fill up very very fast. They do have several options if you have a medical condition or children. When i called for my daughter it took me over half a day to get thru to them. I know that getting a hold of them is very time consuming and very frustrating to say the least. Like me just have to keep trying
