Same happened to us!
Typically you will only spend a costly battle if you were dumb enough to buy a timeshare anyways, proving they lied to you is IMPOSSIBLE unless you have something in writing ON your contract, Then... you have to prove that they actually intended to mislead you in the process. THEN... you have to show what you did to try and use said amenities and that you ACTUALLY couldn't, so if you didn't get VIDEO of you being actually DENIED USE then you're out of luck. Word of advice, NEVER BUY TIMESHARES... we stayed at the same place you are crying about for only $75 a night, had access to EVERYTHING and got it in 4 days notice! LoL!
That is awful! Do you have your original contract, and all other paperwork? Bring it to a lawyer! (We did not buy, because of the condition of the handicapped unit we stayed in, and that it was impossible to maneuver wheelchair. They only made up excuses and did nothing).
We dont get to use it either unless we paid 25 per person.
