If you can take 895 because when you come out of the tunnel a couple exits down will be the Bayview Hospital Exit and literally you'll get off the exit come to her light and at that light right across is Bayview Hospital
Not sure about radiology, but from BWI Airport, take 195 N to 95 N towards Baltimore. You will take 95 N through the tunnel which is a toll road at that point. After leaving the tunnel continue on 95 N to the Eastern Ave. Exit. Take that exit to Eastern Ave West. Eastern Ave to a right on Bayview Blvd. At that point you are on Campus And signs should direct you.
