i need a replacement social security card for my daughter, i tried online it didn’t work and i sent the info in through the mail months ago it still didn’t come so what do i do now ?

Updates from So Sec. If your child has an ID that will help. Otherwise they require alternative proof like med records. I have been in touch with Congressman they have someone who can get through and give you correct info. Later in the day, later in the week. And later in the month is what they recommend.
