You could get hired thru Randstad. Randstad has a contract with Amazon.

The only way is thru the website. You have to fill out the online application if you want to be a warehouse associate. Now if you want to drive for one of the many companies in our warehouse then you can come to the building to see what day they have open interviews for DA position.
