I bought a American Ash Handles yesterday and can't get the upper part of the handles from the thing that protects the handles. The plastic piece won't move. Can someone half me?

First handle for what? Second if you bought it from Clark's I'm sure they'll take it back and 3rd if you didn't buy from Parks and need a replacement of some part of the handle that can probably get it for you

What specific tool does the ash handle fit? For example, a shovel or a rake?
