I would not call . They were evasive and rude
We chose a box that was included in the cost. Paid additional for trip fee ( we are on the PA line), the death certificates and prayer cards. All toll, just over $1000. Plan to use them when the time comes for my father. Call them. The price quoted was exact. No hidden fees!
Agree with the first two responses. We just did a parent for just over $900 but it depends on what options you choose. I think our bottom line cost would have been around $850.
