I had to call 5 times and I still don't think they cancelled my service. I can't remove my credit card from their website so I just locked it. They won't be charging me for service I cancelled and for killing my grass. Enough is enough. I can turn my own grass brown don't need to pay them to do it, plus I'm moving earlier than I thought. Customer service worse than Trugreen. Go to better business bureau and see the real reviews, not the bogus ones they post on their website. I wish I had done that before I signed up. Lauren Walker

They do a lot of services. They don't do grass cutting. They do fertilizer and weed control, aeration and power seed or over weed.
