Very satisfied with what had to be done for our dear brother. Maryland Cremation Services was not only very affordable they were professional, and sympathetic. MS Marshall is an excellent employee she genuinely enjoys helping others and is extremely kind. I did get to meet some of the other team members, and they were just as friendly, upbeat, and professional as Ms. Marshall was. I would highly recommend.

For the most part I was very pleased. Until it was time to pick up the personalized necklace I ordered, First I live and hour and a half from their office. So I made an appointment to pick up my necklace and on my way there, there was an accident so I was running about 15 minutes late and the German employee (I cant recall her name was rude, I apologized too many times as it was and her response was “WELL WE ARE FITTING YOU IN . So we may need need to reschedule you) Now I was just picking up merchandise that was already paid for, so they were just going to walk it out to the car and I was told the appointments were made on the 30mint mark and was never told they were fitting me in, then I call to let her know I arrived and she said some one would be right out. They bring it out and unfortunately it was the wrong thing, I paid 220.00 dollars for this beautiful necklace with his fingerprint his name engraved his ashes inside of it to receive a necklace that looked like it came out of a bubblegum machine ,so of course I’m upset because I just lost my dear husband. She then yells at me I can’t come into the office. Directs me to another part of building and assays someone will be right with me A lovely young lady named KRIS ASSIST ME and explains the order I placed was correct and the order they placed was correct but the manufacturer sent wrong necklace, I am told it will be 4-6 weeks for a new one and that I have to bring my husbands remains with me to fill necklace . Fine with that until the GERMAN LADY says will you take that one if I discount it .. NO I PAID FOR WHAT I WANTED AND EXPECTED THAT, PLUS WHAT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A CHECK FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE ANS SETTLE FOR A CHEAP PENDANT NO . Send it back and please give me what I paid for and want,, she argued with me about several things . WAS RUDE . UNCOMASIONATE MEAN . Unprofessional and in humane . I LOST THE MAN OF MY LIFE AND THATS HOW I WAS TREATED NO EXCUSE FOR HER BEHAVIOR SHE NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER CARRER BECAUSE SHE HAD NO COMPASSION AT ALL AND WAS JUST PLAIN MEAN , So I hope that it is done correctly and I don’t have to deal with the rude, unprossional person again . Next time I may not be so nice and patient. Other than that it was great

My mother passed away last week on July 6th and me and my brothers didn’t really no what to do so a company that was referred at first was trying to charge us 4K and that was to expensive so my brother asked me to look for a place so I googled companies and I chose this one and today I was looking through my moms stuff and found my deceased brothers wallet and I opened the paper and it was the same place that cremated my brother and my mother would of been so happy!!! I’m giving this place a 5 star because they don’t try to over charge people when they are the most grieving and weak and can’t think straight!!! Great service the lady was super kind the place is very welcoming Im so happy I chose this place and my mother would of been 2 ❤️❤️
