Why do they think is ok in Aberdeen for them to say that there’s a change shortage and still take your order but them say they can’t give you your change.they have robbed me for 7 dollars in a week and it’s been like this just here for months lawyer

I for one have stopped going to McDonald's just because of this reason if you are a place of business like this you should always have change for your customers and not insist on customers using credit cards and debit cards

They are pushing people to use plastic. I won't move from the line until they give me my change.

There is no change shortage. They just A$$holes. I won't move from the drive thru until I get my change. And I will never round up bc I use to work for McDonald's 99.9% or your change never goes where they say it's going.
