Mostly it's a supply chain issue. Many seasoning and other vital cogs to the process haven't fully recovered from the pandemic and have a hard time keeping up with demand.
I don't eat them so I wouldn't know. Sorry. We don't make them here in Aberdeen, just ship em in and out

There is truck parking within a few miles but I'm not sure if they still allow parking in the rear where the dropped trailers are. Truckers app can give you nearby truck parking.
