Was sat by hostess and no waitress or waiter ever came to our table. Many tables were dirty when we came into Resturant even tho it appeared pretty empty. When we walk out after ten minutes of nobody coming to take our order or drinks, the hostess is reading a book. Quite an inattentive crew working, what an embarrassment.

By far one of the worst experiences I've ever had with the Greene Turtle in Aberdeen, MD. I ordered multiple items online through their website, the restaurant failed to deliver one of the entrées, and once I spoke with a "manager" to address the issue, the so-called manager told me there was nothing she could do about it. This is the third time this has happened to me in the past six months. What I can't appreciate is the laissez faire attitude, lack of concern, and apathetic attitude towards providing quality customer service. This is highly unacceptable, unprofessional, and intolerable. Do better!

Unfortunately the service and the food was abysmal. Large group (50+) of people came in to eat, drink and hang out. It took more than 30 minutes to get just our drinks, an hour to get our food and another hour to get our checks. We weren't in a rush but it seemed like they were overwhelmed. They also cracked up the heat with a packed bar. It got way too hot and uncomfortable.

Had our sorority date party here and nothing but amazing things to say. The venue is spectacular for 300 individuals and buffet options are perfect. The staff is beyond kind and overall awesome. Could not recommend enough for future college events.
