I've been trying to get my window fixed for over a month because of a technician error. I paid over $400 for the window and I've received radio silence from Safelite about getting it fixed. No one has a direct line and if you leave a message, no one will call you back. I guess they already got my money so they don't care.

Very friendly staff. Nice waiting room with coffee and water. Informed me that it would take 3.5 hours and they were exactly right! I was updated via text and also called when my vehicle's windshield was replaced. Would definitely come back.

It can be done at any Safelite location, or you can have a technician come out to you. It is best to make an appointment for the calibration. You can go online and book an appointment. The Van Nuys location is no longer open.
It depends which insurance company are you with. Just to be in the safe side call them and ask them about that.
