Not directly. You can take either a MARC train or the Red Line on Metro to Union Station. There you can take either the MARC Penn Line or one of the many Amtrak trains that pass through Baltimore. Getting to Union Station, if you are traveling during rush hour times, the MARC will provide a more direct trip to Union. The Red Line on Metro has more stops, however it runs much longer and more frequently.
