I'm laying over in Denver and spending the nite in Aurora. Since marijuana is not legal in my state, is it still ok for me to purchase it there and bring it home with me? What about edibles? Same question

No it is not legal to bring it home silly. Hey Randy, get a good strain, settle in, enjoy. But, dude, don't bring it over state lines man. :)

Absolutely not. Bringing marijuana in any form across state lines is felony drug trafficking, period. It's illegal. Please don't even consider doing this. The concern that people might try this caused several states to file lawsuits against CO marijuana laws to try & overturn them. Lose-lose: you go to prison, legal states' users lose the privilege. Lobby your own legislature for legalization, don't screw ours up.

Don't risk it. Enjoy while you're here, but don't take it with you. Get one of the sodas or the single dose cookies or chocolates and enjoy before you leave.

TSA can arrest you for attempting to traffic a controlled substance. Remember: airports are Federal property and supersede local laws.
