I like this location and they have a wide range of stuff to choose from. Their flower, carts, and edibles are good. The only thing I don't care for is their customer service. The last time customer service was good, today it was average. I'm not saying smile in my face every second I'm there but at least be welcoming and act like you wanna work.

I went to this location since they opened and everything was fine until the last 3 or 4 months. Now none of my pick up orders are correct, or they change products and don't tell you they changed them. And since they don't tell you, you open the product unknowingly and then they won't take it back. The last 4 orders I've put in have been wrong. One they replaced a cartridge with wax and didn't say anything about doing it. I ended up having to spend an extra $60 just to consume a product I didn't ask for and they wouldn't take back. I've been told twice I was "getting a better deal" than the sale I asked for, only to find out they were charging me more than even the non-sale price. And it's always the new hires, so I don't know if they are smoking too much to retain their training or what. But it's just a waste of time, money, and effort to keep shopping here. Ain't no reason I should be this stressed out buying cannabis!
