I wish I could give these guys 100000 stars and make up for every bad review on here, the manager takes care of you with zero hesitation. She’s a sweet heart and gorgeous, understands her job well and generally has good vibes as well as being EXTREMELY professional about her position which is a lost art. I was having issues with my rewards points but she solved the issue in 2 snaps of her fingers. The staff is very nice to me when I shop there and I will continue to bring family and friends here along with continue spending money here. This location deserves a company bonus if possible, they seem in sync with everything and they know there products along with their customers needs/specifications. GOOO LOVA ….and as always, stay baked!!!

I’ve been here a few times since my last review, and I mainly was getting the 1OZ flower deal. The quality dramatically changes from batch to batch, so it’s pretty much a gamble if you’re gonna get some worthwhile flower. Seems to be standard anywhere for the discount ounces, though. Employees are friendly and helpful, and the location is great. I never online ordered anything from this location due to the sheer amount of negative reviews about that aspect. Decent if ya need to pick up some flower quick!

Typically if they have only one employee or guard up front they will not answer the phone it's a distraction. They will typically not answer the phone in the back unless they are in the supply room because it's also a distraction. They're really good at returning phone messages and responding on Facebook. From what I've learned since the security guard was murdered point blank no warning at the door, they've put into effect a lot of safety rules that they follow diligently. Employees make sure that there's no distractions at all times no checking how many employees are working or who's distracted. it's just how they do things most of the time If Art, the owner is in, he'll answer if someone is upfront as well as the security guard they'll answer and if there's an extra employee doing like inventory they'll answer a lot of times people call and want to ask a million questions over the phone I wouldn't answer either I'm trying to help customers better to just come in and ask questions
