20-30mg depends
I believe it was 30-or-35mg for myself when I very first started, and you can increase your dose every 3 days by 5mg increments I think it was...at least until you hit your set dosage amount they allowed you to go up to for at least the time being because as you probably already know, your dosage amount could still end up changing right away if it's still not enough for you to feel comfortable relief from your withdrawals...but just as well it may be the perfect dosage needed for you. I believe I was taken to 65mg initially w/the increments given every 3rd day within a couple weeks and then still went up slightly more after seeing my counselor and discussing my personal situation and what I was still goin through emotionally, mentally & physically still at this point...after the initial period of upping ur dose 5mg every 3 days til ur allowed dose, you get 5mg increases ONCE WEEKLY ONLY unlike in the very beginning
30 mg's
They started me at 30mg n every 9ther day went up 5 to 70mg. N have not been able to go up cuz I unfortunately have some dirty urine but u would think they would listen b believe that 70 is not working but yeah
