The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had for a suit rental. Had my tie clip break, the top button of my suit jacket break off an hour before the wedding and had a hole in the side of my pants. When I rent to return the suit I expressed all my issues, the manager said they were not able to do anything for me and then stated that the only reason this happened was because I was rough with it. Then blamed all the issues on the warehouse staff. I would never recommend using this location or this company.
