This place treats its clinets as nothing more then a number. They dont care . Do not take the time to do anything but rush you along act and treat you with disrespect. Super unhappy with BH

This place is AWFUL. They have new counselors every other week, the administrative staff is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. The nurses are the only good thing about that place. The doctor is condescending and just plain ignorant. Go to genesis it’s way better.

Worst place ever. My brother went here, he had to go back to rehab-long term. When he went to the clinic the last day they would not give him his week of take homes and said he had to call and verify he was at the facility and they would send his medication. So he got there and they called immediately to have his bottles sent the next day. And guess what? They never sent them!! It’s hard enough to get somebody to go to rehab but then when they get there and they don’t have medication that they obviously will get sick without it’s horrible. He was ready to leave! The rehab is trying to get him to a hospital to dose him but he’s been to 2 so far and neither would do it. This could be enough to make him leave and go back on the street. BH in Westminster is worthless! Go to genesis if you live here.
