To a point...there is not exactly much space right here next to the Great Northern Carousel, but if you walk immediately north under Euclid Avenue, through the walking tunnel (literally 70 yards from the Carousel), you will come to Centennial Park where there is plenty of room for a picnic. There are also pavilions on the far north side of the park (approximately 300-400 yards from the Carousel) that are available to the public! Hope that helps!
Kind of. There's not really a good place to lay out a blanket on the grass, nor are there picnic tables. But there are benches and a little bit of space.
