Everything was fine staff service all great.The only thing I don't understand is it was 98 outside.The lobby had ac on.But in the movie it was hot.

First of all…I have always enjoyed my movie experiences in Helena, MT. It’s a treat to go out to a movie. My experience last night (July 30) was way off of that mark. I left the theater really questioning why I even went in the first place which was to find cool solace and appropriate entertainment with a grandchild on a lovely summer evening. The staff was kind and accommodating but the theater itself was hot and stuffy and…more importantly….the movie pre-views were NOT appropriate for the movie that we were there to see. We endured through the hot and stuffy part but I am still struggling with the preview situation. My 15 year old grand-daughter and I were there for Elvis…a PG-13 movie. We got our popcorn and settled into our seats and were greeted with an onslaught of R rated previews. I was so surprised by this that I actually had to check to assure we were in the correct theater for our movie. I often have movie dates with grandchildren and have always trusted Cinemark’s discretion in only showing previews for movies of the same rating that we are paying to see. I’m not sure who is making the decisions about which previews go with which movie but this didn’t make sense to me at all. Again…just plain old disappointed in the entire experience. Cinemark!!! What the heck?????!!!!!!!!!!!!

For babies? I don't think so, unless you consider the restroom and changing table area a "crying room". I'm all for bringing babies to movies, as long as you step out when your baby starts getting fussy. It's the people who don't that ruin it for me.

The screen and sound are bigger and the seats are better. Basicly it signifies everything is bigger and better than the regular.
No, I don't think so. There are free refills on a large popcorn and large drink.
I have actually seen them offer refunds for this or guest passes to come at another time always speak to a manager directly
